Patch Management

All Server Plans include full patch management where Esben managed, schedule and deploy system level patches to ensure vulnerabilities are mitigated as soon as possible. We also cover when things go wrong as a result of a vendors patch providing complete peace of mind.

Nightly Server Backups

Backup is a standard feature of our Server Plans, we work on the 3-2-1 backup strategy that provides a local backup in the same location of the server, nightly incremental backups to our secure Veeam Private Backup Cloud which in turn replicates out to a geographically separate data centre. With schedules including nightly, weekly and monthly full backups with rotation you can be assured your data is safe and the Server Plans will meet your RPO and RTO as defined in your disaster recovery plan.
